** An analogue of German DIN 10760:2002 «Determination of the relative pollen content of honey»(«Untersuchung von Honig Bestimmung der relativen Pollenhaufigkeit» Deutsch, MOD). For your note, that method had been adapted for use on Russian honeys by our lab and has been approved by Russian Government in 2007, as the official method for pollen analysis.

Russian Honey Standard requires using of the following test value calculation techniques which are different from those of International Honey Commission for sugars and diastase parameters. As a result, test values of a Russian Honey Standard method are generally higher than test values of an analogous International Honey Commission method.

- REDUCING SUGARS 还原糖
Russian Honey Standard requires us to calculate sugars content to the "dry" weight of honey
sample. That means water content value is disregarded.
We make sugars analysis using an HPLC method which is similar to the method by International
Honey Commission (see p.7.2 of IHC Methods). W1 (content of sugars in honey sample (%)) is calculated automatically.

Then we re-calculate W1 to bring it to “Russian” W(dry) ("dry" weight):
 
“Russian” W(dry) = W1 x 100 / (100 - moisture %)
 
Now, few examples.
 
* if a honey sample of yours has:
                               mc(moisture content) detected = 18,4% 
                               W1 (HPLC) detected = 66,4%
Then
                               Russian W(dry) = 66,4 x 100 / (100 - 18,4) = 81,4%
 
* if a honey sample of yours has:
                               mc(moisture content) detected = 18,0% 
                               W1 (HPLC) detected = 67,73%
Then
                               “Russian” W(dry) = 67,73 x 100 / (100 - 18,0) = 82,6%

it's similar situation. We measure DN (diastase number) taking into account moisture content
(as the most labs worldwide do). Then we re-calculate DN to bring it to “Russian” DN(dry) ("dry weight")
 
“Russian” DN(dry) = DN x 100 / (100 - water content %)
